Hello folks! Here’s another new build rolling out of Gordeyville Customs! 🇨🇦

We’re excited to be teaming up with Hansen Ford here in Grande Prairie and just finished this custom deck truck that will be available for sale right on Hansen Ford’s lot.

This rig is black-on-black with custom cabinets, a beautiful GVC deck, fifth-wheel/kingpin setup, and plenty of smart storage. We designed space between the cabinets for a spare tire or jockey tank, plus a large front storage compartment with enough room for Jerry cans, tools and gear — keeping everything secure, clean and off the deck.

This is a great all-around setup for an oilfield work truck, transfer truck, service truck or everyday work rig.

A huge thank-you to Hansen Ford for working together with Gordeyville Customs on this build. We really appreciate the opportunity to work with another great local business.

Grande Prairie and the Peace Country have supported GVC from the beginning, and whenever we can work together and support local, everybody wins.

Hello folks! Here’s a look at one of our biggest custom barbecue builds to date. 🔥

Last winter, we had the privilege of getting a call from Kevin at Elite Steam & Vac about an idea they had for a custom barbecue trailer. After sitting down with Kevin, Richard and their team and going through their vision, they put their trust in Gordeyville Customs to take that idea and turn it into something pretty special.

This was a build that pushed us into some territory GVC had never been before — and I’ve got to say, the finished product turned out amazing. She’s definitely a showstopper!
Something new was the pullout barbecue griddle and sink cart that we made that custom fits into the trailer for travel mode and then roll out and plug in when ready to entertain outside!!

A huge thank-you to Richard, Kevin and everyone at Elite Steam & Vac for trusting us with your vision and giving us the opportunity to build something truly one-of-a-kind.

And an equally big thank-you to the Gordeyville Customs team. We have an incredibly talented group of people here, and the craftsmanship, long hours and attention to detail that went into this build really shows. I couldn’t be prouder of what our team put together.

We’re excited to see where builds like this take Gordeyville Customs next.

Hello folks! Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at how these custom barbecue trailers actually come together. 🔥

There’s a tremendous amount of work that goes into every one of these builds. There’s absolutely no Bondo or body filler used. Everything is welded solid, the seams are ground smooth, polished and hand-sanded until we’re happy with the finish.

These trailers are truly custom built from the ground up, and our GVC team takes a lot of pride in the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every one.

Here’s another GVC custom barbecue build! 🔥

We had the pleasure of working with Rudy and his team at D&D Oilfield Services on this one, and I think it’s safe to say we’ve got another showstopper rolling out of the Gordeyville Customs shop.

These guys knew exactly what they wanted, and we were able to bring it together with a classic tri-axle setup, fully loaded and completely customized for D&D.

A big thank-you to the Gordeyville Customs team for all the hard work and attention to detail that went into bringing this build together.

And most importantly, a huge shout-out to Rudy and everyone at D&D Oilfield Services for trusting Gordeyville Customs with your build and for continuing to support local. We truly appreciate it.

Alright friends, here’s another glimpse of some of the stuff we’ve been working on this summer!

We had the privilege of building this custom barbecue trailer for Torch Industries, featuring a Crown Verity grill, Yoder smoker, and plenty of Gordeyville Customs touches throughout to bring it all together.

 Well folks, here’s a little sneak peek at one of the projects we’ve been working on this summer.

We’ve been very fortunate to have customers who trust us with their ideas and continue to push us into new areas of fabrication. I joke that Gordeyville Customs has accidentally become a high-end custom fabrication shop because of some of our projects , but I’m pretty damn proud of what our team is building and where we’re headed.

We definitely don’t post enough of what goes through our shop, but that’s going to change. Stay tuned over the next few days and we’ll show you the rest of this one.

I don’t say this nearly enough, but I’m incredibly grateful for the team we have here at Gordeyville Customs.

Kyle, Colton,Jesse, Cooper, and Aaron — every one of you brings something different to the table, and the hard work, talent, and dedication you put into this company every day doesn’t go unnoticed. We’ve taken on some pretty wild projects, worked through long days and tight deadlines, and somehow we always find a way to get it done.

Gordeyville wouldn’t be what it is today without the people behind it. As we continue to grow and take on bigger things, I’m reminded more and more how fortunate I am to have such a great group of people beside me.

Thank you, Team GVC. Robin and I truly appreciate everything you guys do, and I’m proud of what we’re building together. There are some pretty exciting things ahead for all of us.

Thank you McCool Oilfield Serv for Choosing GVC for your fully Loaded up crew truck rig up. I gotta say Black on Black sure looks amazing. We added the rear lid cover and work light gards onto this build. We have added these to option list this year. It’s the customers that give us the feedback that pushes us with the ideas!!
