There is so much terrible advice online about buying a car with bad credit. Let's clear the air.

If your credit score took a hit, you do NOT automatically need thousands of dollars in cash to get approved. Lenders look at your entire financial picture—specifically your provable income and job tenure.

Secondly, a low credit score doesn't mean you are restricted to the "as-is" section of Facebook Marketplace. Auto lenders prefer to finance newer, reliable, safety-certified vehicles because the car acts as their collateral.

Most importantly: your interest rate is not a life sentence. Auto loans in Canada are open, meaning you can pay them off early without penalty. Our goal is to get you approved, let you make 12–18 months of on-time payments to drastically improve your Canadian credit score, and then refinance you into a much lower tier.
