Earlier this year, we received a call about an odour complaint in a recently insulated facility.
The cause? A pump failure had caused off-ratio foam during the application. The contractor noticed it too late, and the owner was understandably frustrated.
We stepped in, assessed the situation, and coordinated a full removal and respray.
