Staff Spotlight time again- and this time we get to know Troy a little better!
Troy hails from Thessalon and started working for Heritage Home Hardware in our Bruce Station location before moving to the Soo and transferring here. He has been our main delivery driver, and yard associate for the last 8 years, and is always sporting a big smile.
This guy loves dirt biking, and has had many broken bones and great stories to go with that sport.
It's of no surprise that Troy's fave part of the job is being busy!
Thank you Troy for being so reliable, always showing up with a great attitude, strong work ethic and being a valued part of the Heritage Home Hardware family.

To continue with our Staff Spotlight, this week we bring you Britney.
Britney grew up in Zimbabwe, Africa before moving to Canada as a teen. She has been at the store nearly 3 years and spends her time between cashier, customer service and the Uhaul desk. It is a treat of mine to walk up unexpectedly behind her and listen to her beautiful voice singing or humming to a song in her head. Britney's favourite colour is yellow and it is not surprising seeing as she is such a smiling, giving person. She loves to spend her time recharging with naps, and I'm pretty sure singing is in there too! Britney said her favourite part of the job is giving great customer service.

This week's Staff Spotlight is on Gord! 🤩 If you've ever stumbled into our lighting aisle and left with a smile on your face, it's probably because Gord was there, spreading his quick wit! With almost 4 years under his belt at Heritage Home Hardware, and a previous stint as a sales manager at an electrical wholesaler, this guy knows his stuff! Born and raised in the Sault, Gord's a true local, having attended Korah, The Dunn, and The Tech before graduating high school! When he's not here, you can find him sipping on a glass of white wine, hoping to get his photography skills back on track, or just chillin' like a villain. So, what's the secret to his success? He loves being around people, and we're not surprised - have you seen his smile? 😊 Thanks, Gord, for keeping our team-and our customers-smiling. We're lucky to have you!

Get ready for another dose of awesomeness with our second week of Staff Spotlight, starring the one and only Amrit! 🤩 This bubbly, outgoing, and hilarious cashier has been bringing the laughs and good vibes to Heritage Home Hardware for almost a year now. Born and raised in Chandigarh, India, Amrit's got big dreams and an even bigger heart - she's always down to lend a helping hand (or two, or three...). When she's not making customers smile, you can find her daydreaming about her next adventure to Switzerland or indulging in her fave snack, strawberry ice cream (no judgments here, Amrit!).
