Modernization shouldn’t come at the expense of production.

For an automation upgrade on a critical process system, we invested heavily in pre-testing, simulation, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure a seamless ex*****on within a planned 24-hour outage window.

• Operations resumed on schedule
• Minimal production disruption
• Reduced implementation risk
• Enhanced system visibility and scalability

Because successful automation isn’t just about delivering a system. It’s about keeping operations moving.

Supporting the organization that supports our professionals.

Team Power Solutions was proud to participate in the 2026 Technology Professionals Saskatchewan Golf Classic. With many of our technicians and technologists accredited through TPS, we’re grateful for the role the organization plays in strengthening Saskatchewan’s technical community.

Despite the prairie heat, it was a great day spent connecting with industry peers and supporting an organization that helps advance the profession and the people behind it.

Not every asset replacement is just a replacement. It’s also an opportunity to upgrade.

A recent project to replace 138kV metering apparatus allowed our utility client to:
• Provide the same functionality with fewer pieces of equipment
• Support future load growth
• Reduce maintenance requirements
• Improve operational reliability

Our team safely executed the installation and identified opportunities to deliver additional long-term value through conductor upgrades.

That’s what trusted advisors do to help utilities stay ready for what’s next.

Five warning signs your switchgear may require inspection. ⚠️

Switchgear failures rarely happen without indicators. Recognizing early symptoms allows teams to address issues before they become costly disruptions.

Watch out for:
🔍 Heat discoloration around connections
🔍 Repeated unexplained trips
🔍 Abnormal sounds such as humming or arcing
🔍 Missing or outdated testing documentation
🔍 Signs of corrosion or moisture exposure

Don’t wait for a failure to reveal a problem. Ensure your electrical assets are inspected and maintained properly.
