Custom sheet metal & specialty metal fabrication. Built tough. Precision made. From raw steel to finished parts. 🔥🔧

It takes more than a torch to make this happen.

From the initial layout to the final heavy-haul, we went from flat plate to truck bed in just one week

Every inch of this job was calculated for perfection.

Fabrication isn't just labor, it's a thinking man's game.

Had a chance to do some fun projects last week!

Got this custom flatbed out the door and finished up some insulated aluminum dog boxes to keep the pups comfortable. It’s always good to switch things up in the shop.

Meet the newest member of the team! 🛠️

We’re happy to have Malay join us as our new SolidWorks designer.

Bringing 3D design into the shop is a big step for us. It basically lets Malay "build" your project on a screen before we ever cut a single piece of metal. It helps us catch any small issues early and makes our layouts way more accurate.

It’s going to save a lot of time and ensure that when we get to the welding bench, everything fits exactly the way it should.

Welcome to the crew, Malay!

Precision at Every Scale 🛠️

From light-gauge ductwork to heavy industrial fabrication — we take pride in doing it right.

These mitered elbows just left the shop, taken from flat plate to full fit-up in-house. Built from explosion-clad 3/8" 516-70 bonded to 3/16" 316 stainless, this material takes extra care to work with — but that’s where experience shows. Each piece was CNC cut, fully beveled, then rolled and fit for a tight, accurate assembly — ready for weld-out the moment it hits the site.

Projects like this take time, attention, and know-how — and that’s what we bring to every job.
Precision Fabrication. Built to Last.

Programmed. Plasma cut. Rolled. Beveled. Fit and tacked.

After-hours QC visit — tough inspector, but even she couldn’t find a flaw. 👧

Big steel, small inspector, job done. Another one out the door.

Big steel, no shortcuts. 🔥

These monsters are all tacked up and headed out the gate for the customer to weld out. Rolled, fit, and built right here in the shop.

Just another day moving heavy steel.
On to the next set.
