A project brought to the shop to do “when we have time”. The building came with Velux flashing kits which don’t work properly so we altered and made our own. The client had a couple requests. No gable end closers and the posts had to stay. They called this building a celebration room.

Charcoal grey 12” wide snaplock shed roof. Wrapped the fascias to match the roof colour. Tied it in with perf aluminum soffit and finished it with a continuous 5” gutter with TREX gutter guards. We left our scaffold in place so the contractor could complete his siding. Saltspring island.
