One of our CNC laser cutting table operators, Nathan Davis-Lent, began his journey to becoming an RCMP officer in 2021. In December 2023, Nathan joined the Salmon Arm Volunteer Fire Department while continuing to pursue his goal of becoming a police officer. Recently, Nathan received an appointment date for his first RCMP interview!

Employee Spotlight: Leo Konge

Leo joined ADAM Integrated's welding department in February 2024 and has been a fantastic addition to the ADAM Team. Outside of work, Leo enjoys swimming, and it's clear he's very talented. In May, he competed in the Canadian Masters Nationals in Saskatoon, taking home several impressive medals, including a Bronze medal for the 100 Individual Medley and Silver medals in the 50m and 100m Fly, 100m Freestyle, and 50m Backstroke.

ADAM Integrated Industries recently delivered a custom-built 12-foot enclosed trailer to the Coast Mountain Bus Company (Translink). Viktor Ignatiev, the Assistant Manager of Emergency Management and Business Continuity at CMBC, received the trailer at their Richmond depot in January. This trailer is the first of many that will be stationed throughout the Metro Vancouver area at specific Translink stations. These trailers will be used to store emergency supplies to be used during emergency response situations. ADAM highly applauds CMBC's forward-thinking approach towards the safety and protection of its transit customers.
