🏁 A NASCAR CHAMPION IS COMING TO DELAWARE! 🏁

After an incredible 35th to 3rd performance at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, 2016 NASCAR Canada Series Champion Cayden Lapcevich is back with GSR-Glenn Styres Racing and Velocity Race Cars for the NASCAR Canada championship finale at Delaware Speedway!

Now, the momentum continues.

Cayden will climb back behind the wheel of the GSR Chevrolet at Delaware Speedway on September 12th as we look to close out the 2026 NASCAR Canada season on a high note.

Great day at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park for the NASCAR Canada Series WeatherTech 200! 🏁

Cayden Lapcevich came home with a podium finish in P3, while Jr Fitzpatrick finished inside the top 10 with a strong 7th-place finish!

Great effort by everyone involved. The GSR-Glenn Styres Racing and Velocity Rental program had a great first showing as a team!

RACE WEEKEND IS HERE! 🏁🔥

The stage is set for a huge weekend at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.

This weekend, GSR-Glenn Styres Racing is bringing two of its NASCAR Canada rental cars to the track, with Jr Fitzpatrick and Cayden Lapcevich behind the wheel.

Velocity Race Cars will be supporting the program throughout the weekend with race-car preparation, setup, data and technical support, and at-track competition support.

Two proven Canadian drivers.
Two GSR race cars.
One goal — performance.

For GSR and Velocity, CTMP is more than just another race weekend. It's an opportunity to put the complete NASCAR Canada rental program to the test and showcase what we can provide to drivers and partners looking to compete at this level.

GSR-Glenn Styres Racing & Velocity Race Cars are joining forces with Jr Fitzpatrick for a major NASCAR Canada Series effort at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park on September 5th & 6th.

Proven equipment. Professional preparation. A proven driver.

GSR is bringing the equipment. Velocity is bringing the preparation, setup, data and technical resources. And J.R. brings the experience and ability to put it all to the test at one of Canada’s most challenging circuits.

This is about more than one race weekend. CTMP is the first opportunity to show what GSR & Velocity can accomplish together!

🏁 VELOCITY RACE CARS & GSR-Glenn Styres Racing ADD NASCAR CHAMPION CAYDEN LAPCEVICH TO CTMP PROGRAM 🏆

GSR and Velocity Race Cars are proud to announce that 2016 NASCAR Pinty’s Series Champion and Rookie of the Year Cayden Lapcevich will join the organizations for the upcoming NASCAR Canada Series event at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.

With a championship, Rookie of the Year honours, multiple Super Stock championships and an impressive stock-car racing resume, Cayden brings proven experience and a winning pedigree to the GSR and Velocity program.

Beyond his accomplishments behind the wheel, Cayden currently serves as a Car Chief with Halmar Friesen Racing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, bringing another level of technical knowledge and experience to the CTMP effort.
