Every year, we have the privilege of celebrating the incredible students who are heading off to post-secondary school to follow their dreams. 🎓❤️
We’re so proud to recognize and celebrate both our new and returning post-secondary students who contribute so much to our team throughout the spring and summer months. Before they head back to school, we gather for a special staff lunch to celebrate their hard work, dedication and the impact they’ve made at Geerlinks Home Hardware Building Centre & Design Gallery.
As part of this tradition, we are honoured to present the Dan “Turk” MacPherson Bursary Award to two deserving students who have demonstrated a strong work ethic, dedication to our team and a sincere commitment to their academic pursuits.
We are so pleased to announce our 2026 bursary recipients: Emma Clark and Ben MacLeod! 🎉
✨ Emma will be entering her first year at the University of Windsor, where she will be studying Nursing. You may recognize Emma from our Paint Desk, where she is always ready to help you find the perfect colour and the right product for your next project, or even leading a workshop. 🎨
✨ Ben will be entering his first year at Brock University, where he will be studying Business Administration. Whether you find him helping customers at the Service Desk or lending a hand loading building supplies into your vehicle, Ben is always ready to help! 🛠️
Congratulations, to all of our amazing students! We sincerely thank you for your hard work, dedication and loyalty to Geerlinks Home Hardware Building Centre & Design Gallery. We are incredibly grateful to have had you as part of our team and are excited to see where your next chapter takes you! We wish you all continued success in your studies and future professional endeavours. We’ll miss having you around, but we can’t wait to see all that you accomplish! 🎓❤️
