Flex A Fab Canada, a Canadian manufacturer of windshields, windows, roofs, doors and accessories for UTVs, boats, forklifts, tractors and industrial equipment, is looking for an organized and customer-focused professional to join our growing team.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
â
Advising customers and recommending the right products
â
Preparing quotations and following up on sales opportunities
â
Prospecting and developing new customers
â
Maintaining accurate customer information in our CRM
â
Resolving customer and order-related issues
â
Occasionally assisting with marketing, purchasing and office duties
**We are looking for someone who:**
âą Is proficient in both **French and English**
âą Has customer service, sales or technical-sales experience
âą Is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking
âą Communicates professionally and works well independently
âą Learns technical products and applications quickly
âą Has experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
âą Is interested in UTVs, boats, forklifts, tractors or off-road equipment
Spanish, CRM experience and knowledge of industrial or recreational vehicles are considered strong assets.
We provide training to complement your experience and help you become a true Flex A Fab product specialist. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered under certain circumstances.

Le poste consiste notamment à conseiller les clients, recommander les bons produits, préparer des soumissions, effectuer des suivis, développer de nouveaux comptes et maintenir les dossiers dans le CRM.
La maĂźtrise du **français et de lâanglais** est requise. LâexpĂ©rience en service Ă la clientĂšle, en vente, en fabrication ainsi quâun intĂ©rĂȘt pour les VTT cĂŽte Ă cĂŽte, bateaux, chariots Ă©lĂ©vateurs, tracteurs ou Ă©quipements industriels sont fortement recherchĂ©s.
Une formation sur nos produits et nos procĂ©dures sera offerte. Un horaire hybride pourrait ĂȘtre considĂ©rĂ© sous certaines conditions.
