🚧 Project Update at Red Roof Retreat 🚧

Big changes are happening at Red Roof Retreat as the original bungalow has been torn down to make way for a brand-new, fully accessible two-storey building. The new facility will include an elevator, single bedrooms, and significantly expanded activity space, growing to approximately 530 square metres, up from about 100.

Construction is well underway. Ground-level joists are in place, masonry work has begun, and framing is in progress. The elevator shaft is also rising, marking a major milestone in bringing this fully accessible new building to life. It’s incredible to see this project taking shape, and we’re proud to support such a meaningful community space.

We’re proud to support the McMaster Concrete Canoe Team this season! 🙌 Thanks to our partnership, the team successfully completed Casting Day, turning months of hard work, research, and design into a real canoe ready for competition in Moncton. 🛶✨

It’s inspiring to see the innovation, teamwork, and dedication these students bring to the table. We’re honoured to be part of their journey and can’t wait to cheer them on as they paddle toward success! 💛💙

Construction Update: Village Liner Apartments

Our short-term vacation rental apartments at The Garrison Village are coming along beautifully. It was a rainy day during this site visit, which added a bit of drama (and a few soggy boots) to the walkthrough.

The building envelope is nearly complete with exterior cladding, roofing, and windows all finishing up. Inside, drywall and installations are well underway. The team at Alliance Construction, who has completed all construction to date, has also finished the interior suite mockups for designer and owner review. The vision for these suites is really starting to take shape.

We’re looking forward to bringing modern, welcoming, community-focused accommodations to the heart of The Garrison Village. More updates to come as we move toward completion!
