As Optimum Equipment Solutions continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team!
We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented accounting professional who brings strong analytical and organizational skills, takes pride in accuracy, and works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Work closely with department heads to support the accuracy of financial reporting
✅Assist with the preparation and distribution of financial statements
✅Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with monthly closing timelines
✅Maintain accurate and timely financial accounting information
✅Support the accounting team with additional financial and reporting
requirements as needed
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Accounting, Finance or a related field
✅ 3–5 years of accounting experience
✅ CPA designation or currently working toward it
✅ Strong Microsoft Excel skills
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
✅ Professional, dependable and team-oriented
