Just some of the cool things I bought at this year's medieval faires! Hazzy the gnome from Homegrown Gnomes the little dragon by Sword Bot Creations , amazing experimental teacher mug by The Beagle and The Alchemist and of course the cool dragon by yours truly! I love how every year someone comes to me searching for knowledge on iron smelting, which ends with me taking them up a monstrous cliff looking for iron ore. There is something magical about the process of medieval iron production... This is my office away from home! A treacherous but beautiful landscape in the heart of Red Deer named after an Indigenous peacemaker. Thank you Will Vick for the much needed adventure!

A HUGE congratulations to our jousters this year at !!! Arne (pardon the spelling) won first place as champion jouster and Audrey and team won the Horsemanship award! I look so forward to next years International Jousting Championship. Thank you so much Strathmore for the fun, the fantasy and the kindness!
