Sharing Monday. mental.health.with.emma;
Anxiety can be so incredibly hard to live with, but it doesn't always need figuring out all at once.
Sometimes we just need to try a few small adjustments.
A little less pushing your body when it needs a break. A little more space to pause, eat and drink.
I understand anxiety can feel very loud, convincing, and urgent, but that doesn't mean it's telling you the truth.
You're allowed to challenge it.
You're allowed to try different things to negate it.
You're allowed to support yourself in ways that actually help, even if they seem small or silly.
This is hard.
But you're doing really well.
