🔧Quick tip for anyone dealing with turbo actuator recalibration

If you’re trying to recalibrate a turbo or actuator and it tells you to “install” — meaning take the actuator off so it can reset to zero — here’s what we’ve learned from experience:

👉 Try doing the install with the actuator still mounted.
If the bolts look rough or you don’t want to drain coolant — don’t stress.
9 times out of 10, it works. Why? Because the actuator probably went on in the zero position anyway.

Just hit Install — it’ll do a quick sweep left to right.
If it works, you’re good to recalibrate.
If not… well, then yeah, time to pull it off.

✅ Simple. Fast. Worth trying first.
