Q2 Artificial Lift Services is looking for a motivated Engineer/Drafter to join the Engineering team at our Red Deer Head Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their drafting or engineering career who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings, support engineering changes and work closely with our Engineering, Production, Machining and Quality teams.

Ideal candidates will have:

▪️ 0–2 years of drafting experience
▪️ Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks
▪️ The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
▪️ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
▪️ Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills
