Jan Voss, Founder and Owner of CTS, is pleased to announce that Gary Vlieg has been appointed President and that Aaron Chan has been appointed Vice President. Gary has spent the last 13 years of his extensive career employed at CTS with the last four years as Vice President overseeing the company’s continued growth and expansion. Aaron joined CTS as a Junior Traffic Engineer back in 2001 and has spent the last 25 years learning everything there is to know about CTS and helping it grow into one of the largest independent traffic engineering consulting firms in Western Canada. After 28 years as President of CTS, Jan will continue to work full time but be more focussed on corporate matters and assisting his clients.
