Oh buddy! I’ve been working on getting the welders up and running while mobile. Here’s a quick clip of trying my hand at Stick welding on the .inc Multiprocess 1601. I just filmed a proper unboxing for this unit that I’m going to be putting up on YouTube! Looking forward to sharing that with you all and putting thing unit to further work!

My first 90’s disc conversion! Getting the rear dialled in was a lot more complex than the P2 forks, thin wall tubing is no joke and working my way around that brace was easily my hardest project yet. It’s ugly, but I’m stoked to build it up and give it a test!

Spring has sprung, and we’ve just completed our first 90’s MTB project here at Blind Dog Bikes the 96 Lava Dome just officially got disc brakes!

Stay tuned for more on it, welding in the brace was certainly my most challenging project yet. I wanted to toss together a quick ugly rat single speed project. I haven’t done anything with hose routing at the moment and it’s welds are ugly but I’m stoked for it to be a reference point for someday in the future.

Stamina level up on the P2’s, we just got more carry capacity in a big way!

I went and added an additional two more equally spaced up above so I can a run a triple mount and have room for more. Pretty stoked how it turned out, but I gotta get some fresh bolts for sure.

I told ya’ll I’d give you some of my quick at work thoughts, so let’s bag up together.

This spring we’re re-planting some of the gnarliest parts of one of Vancouver Islands largest and hottest wildfires, the Mount Underwood fire. It’s been a mix of all things, and honestly an incredible experience. I’m very glad to love what I do.

Live on the edge of your seat and want to do better everyday. I promise you, you can.

Follow along for the results! This one’s turning out excellent!

Chopping the threads on this old fork set and extending it is no longer just practice and had me a bit spooked, but damn it looks like it went well. I’m going to put the work in on this old Project 2 Fork set and update it to some modern standards and cargo capacities.
