There have been a few adjustments to the times of events in town for Canada Day. It’s gonna be a hot one, so be sure to stay hydrated and keep cool 😎.

We will be closed on Wednesday so we can enjoy time off with our family and friends, and celebrate Canada! 🇨🇦

📣Canada Day Schedule Adjustments Due to Forecasted Heat📣

Petrolia, ON – Due to the Heat Advisory and the forecasted high temperature on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, we have made a few adjustments to the schedule.

• The “Field of Fun Days” event planned to take place at Tank Street Heritage Field from 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. will now take place inside the gymnasium at the Petrolia YMCA from 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• The Splash Pad remains open, 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• The ribbon cutting at Tank Street Heritage Field will proceed at 1:30 p.m. outdoors, by the new field and facilities at 360 Tank Street
• The Inflatable Race scheduled for 2:00 p.m. at Tank Street Heritage Field is moved to 8:00 p.m. at Greenwood Park
• Re/Max Sarnia Realty Inc. is bringing their hot air balloon to Morrison Field (Diamond 1) at 4065 Dufferin Avenue from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. weather permitting

All other activities and events remain on schedule. Our events team would like to remind all participants to stay hydrated and take frequent rests to stay cool.

Eats, Beats, and Boutiques is this Saturday! Please note that the Petrolia Line access to our parking lot will be closed. Customers can access our parking lot using the Eureka Street entrance. We kindly ask that you only use our parking lot when shopping in our store. We anticipate a very busy weekend, and we want to make sure we can get every customer what they need, when they need it!
