Dr Knox school is coming along nicely. The first floor is close to done with energization next week. Second floor is getting close and the mechanical catwalk it close. Another couple months and we will have this 1.5 year project complete.

Our main distribution panel finally showed up at Hudson Daycare after a 6 month manufacturing delay. We hope to get this installed in the next couple weeks. Civil and utilities have some work to do before we can get energization but at least we can get things started now

Dr Knox project finally ready for our electrical rough in on first floor. Project has been delayed about 3 months due to steel supply issues and RFI’s that needed to be answered by consultant team.

Fortis BC expansion almost complete. This project was 14 months. Fortis, TKI construction and all the consultants were great to work with!

Dr Knox pour has happened. Our underground is in. Waiting for steel to be erected for the two floors. Should be starting rough in early January next year. This is a material, labor and performance bonded project. Let’s getter done

Company update.

We are pleased to announce we have secured the DR Knox Middle School project, and two Federally funded daycares which I can’t name yet as well as City of Vernon Pool revitalization project. We also have various houses, maintenance contracts on the go and smaller projects. Lots happening, busy busy.

As a Fortis BC Partner we do many LED upgrades every year saving our clients on energy savings and maintenenace costs. The Fortis rebate helps as well. This is the second LED upgrade project we have done for Craftsman Collision, this one is in Vernon. It is well worth it for the client and the ROI is usually 2-3 years. We are also BC Hydro Alliance partners and can provide the same service if you are a BC Hydro area.
