Day two of the BC Home + Garden Show is wrapping up and what an incredible experience it has been so far. This is Rival MFG’s first year participating and we are loving meeting so many great people, chatting about projects, and showing off what we build.

If you are planning to attend the show this weekend, make sure to stop by our booth and say hello. Our team will be on site until the end of day Sunday and we would love to connect with you.

🎄 Holiday Shutdown Notice 🎄

As we wrap up another incredible year, we want to thank all of our customers, near and far, from small businesses to municipalities, for continuing to trust Express Custom and Rival Mfg. with your projects.

2025 saw a wide range of builds roll out our doors, from wildfire apparatus and prisoner transportation units to trailers and mobile welding rigs. In 2026, we’ll continue pushing forward to reduce lead times, increase production capacity, and serve you even better.

📅 We’re open until 12:30 PM today, then closed for the holidays.
🔧 We reopen Monday, January 5th, 2026 @ 8:00AM.

We hope this season gives you a chance to take off the boots, hang up the hi-vis, and enjoy some well-earned time with the people who matter most.

👨‍🏭 Passing the torch. 🔥

Here’s Perry, one of our senior fabricators, showing the ropes to Mickey, an 18-year-old just starting his Work Experience Program with us.

At Rival MFG, we believe in building more than products — we’re helping build people. Mickey is one of many young workers getting their boots dirty here for the first time, learning not just welding, but best practices, workplace safety, and strong work ethic along the way.

He’ll be with us for the next two weeks, gaining real-world experience and a taste of the trade. We love seeing the next generation of makers and builders come to life right here at Rival. 💪

👊 Ready for the trails. Ready for the dirt.

We just wrapped up this custom aluminum storage rack for the back of a Yamaha Side-By-Side. Powdercoated Sandtex Black to match the trim, this rack looks like it almost came stock while adding serious utility and storage.

Every mount location, weld, and detail was carefully thought out to deliver strength, function, and a premium fit. Built right here at Rival MFG, it’s dialed-in, ready to threaten any terrain, and deliver dirt-induced adventures.

🚛 Meet our latest Corsair-D-120 Aluminum Flat Deck built for Alliance Engineering Works.

This deck combines fir tongue-and-groove wood decking with a robust Rival aluminum frame, headache rack, and rear bumper, all mounted to a cradle steel sub-frame for ultimate performance.

Removable rack with storage at front or rear for overhead material transport
