WE’RE HIRING!
Armor Insulation is looking for a responsible, reliable, hardworking, and highly motivated individual for work in residential insulation. We offer attic insulation, removal, blown-in insulation, attic ventilation, wall insulation, air sealing, soundproofing, and more.
Job hours vary. Hourly salary will be based on your experience.
$17-$25 starting rate.
RESPONSIBILITES:
• Effectively install attic insulation (cellulose or fiberglass), wall fiberglass insulation, and air ceiling barrier in the home.
• General labor associated with insulation installation such as: installing batt insulation, caulking, baffles, and v***r barriers.
• Support the crew with installation safely and efficiently, ensuring work is completed.
• Clean up insulation and other jobsite debris.
• Committed to training and safety measures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with installing insulation is an asset, but not required. On the job training is available.
• Must be physically fit and able to do the work involved.
• Must be able to lift 30lbs.
• Must be comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to deal with the work environment and seasonal changing conditions on jobsites.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to start at 7am and occasionally work overtime and on weekends, when required.
• Valid G class Ontario drivers license (or other provinces equivalent) is an asset but not necessarily required. To be further discussed upon application and approval.
Yearly bonus compensation available to employees based on their performance review.
