As a trusted supplier of premium equipment, replacement parts, attachments and technical solutions for the asphalt, concrete, aggregates and construction industries, we're looking for a motivated Parts Counterperson to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment
🔹 Prepare quotations and process parts orders accurately
🔹 Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times and availability
🔹 Work closely with our Sales and Service teams
🔹 Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy
🔹 Follow up on customer inquiries and open orders
🔹 Deliver outstanding customer service in person, by phone and by email
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience in heavy equipment, construction, trucking, agricultural or industrial parts
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify parts and components
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Experience with ERP or inventory software (an asset)
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
✔ Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
