Hi all!

Welcome to the new followers and hello again to the followers that have been here for a while….

As you guys know, we typically build sealed toolbox cabinets and drawer packs and we ship them all over North America.

I wanted to start by saying I see all of you tagging us in posts all the time and we appreciate all of you doing this and I can’t thank you enough.

We’ve been trying to bring quality products to other blue-collar tradesmen like YOU and us, and I think you will all agree that if you can spend a few extra dollars to get something made for you it definitely beats paying for a cheaper product that isn’t even made in this country, but sells for the same price because of markup and shipping.

This goes against my core values and it’s bugged me for a long time… I’ve always liked the good stuff, and go out of my way to seek out these custom makers for products that I’m looking for.

I’ve always gone out of my way to support local small businesses and one or two person locations over big corporations, and will continue to do so(and I appreciate all of you doing the same with our business).

 When I go to spend money at someone’s place, I expect a high level of service in exchange for paying the price I am paying. We expect to deliver the same to you, and we do not want our relationship to end as soon as you buy your product.

I’m making this post to put feelers out. We are doing a new style of product a sealed cabinet, with drawers in it liftable by crane moveable by forks with all the same style of build quality you are already used to by us.

If any of you would want to get in on a 30 inch wide 24 inch deep 24 inch tall portable weather tight toolbox with lifting pockets on the sides for your crane now is your chance!

I’m offering the first five up at a discounted rate of $750 off I want to get them in peoples hands and I want to hear the good and the bad and I also want to hear what features you would want in a box like this before we build, please come and join us and be a part of the R&D process! After all, it will be built for guys like you!

Going to try and sell them for 2500 and they will retail for around 3200 once the final design is finished.

A couple 16/29 x 55” tall combo cabinets just about wrapped up here. Stay tuned for the finished photos, this is our new cabinet line that we manufacture to your specified size and can be outfit with LED lighting, shelving, or our custom drawer packs that we build in house!

So I started this picker project because most of my jobs that I do I end up travelling for half an hour or less (sometimes it’s in my yard all day), and then the truck will sit there and idle for 14 hours running the crane. This makes no sense to me to be running a big 8 L engine with all the cost of maintenance and fuel nowadays .

This is what I came up with for a solution , a cheap alternative to wearing out the big engine in the truck that also sips fuel and is quiet and won’t leave you stranded if it breaks down .

Kubota V 2203 out of a refrigeration unit
Honda civic radiator
Sun fab bent axis piston pump pulled from pto on donor truck
Donaldson air filter housing to match all the rest of the equipment I own so not stocking multiple filters.

-Removed crane from old truck 
-took the pump apart and reversed it flow direction, so it would work being directly coupled to the Kubota
-laser cut all adaptor plates, including the flex plate and Bell housing pump adaptor.

-Pulled the fuel tank and welded a bun for the auxiliary pump for the Kubota
-Installed the picker on the chassis
-Built all the cabinets on the truck
-Built the hydraulic tank
- Built sheet metal to cover Kubota
