โ๏ธ Vit D is a fat soluble vitamin so always purchase it in a liquid with an oil base or in soft gel capsules. Most supplements come with a dose of 1 drop=1000 IU this is the best bang for your buck. I usually recommend 3000-5000 IU per day for adults, 1000 IU for kids above 4, 400 IU for babies and toddlers. (Take during the day)โฃ
