โ™ป๏ธ Most people throw this piece away.

But many installers don't realize it can still be useful.

After removing the leveling system, the wedges are still in great condition and ready to be reused on future installations.

And there's one more detail ๐Ÿ‘‡

The clip head that breaks off doesn't necessarily have to end up in the trash.

Thanks to its shape, it can be reused as a spacer on future jobs, giving a second life to a piece that would normally be discarded.

โœ”๏ธ Reusable wedges

โœ”๏ธ Long service life

โœ”๏ธ Less waste on the jobsite

โœ”๏ธ More value from every installation

Sometimes the smartest solutions come from the smallest details.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Did you know this use for the clip head? Let us know in the comments.

โš ๏ธ If you've ever had part of a clip get stuck in the joint, the problem might not have been the leveling system.

It might have been the way it was removed.

Many installers use a mallet or their safety boot to remove leveling clips. And while both methods work, there's one detail that makes all the difference:

๐Ÿ“Œ Always strike in the direction of the grout joint.

Hit it the wrong way, and the clip may break incorrectly, leaving plastic behind that you'll need to remove later.

That's why many installers prefer using pliers:

โœ”๏ธ More controlled removal
โœ”๏ธ Lower risk of improper breakage
โœ”๏ธ Less cleanup afterward
โœ”๏ธ Cleaner finished result

Sometimes spending a few extra seconds removing clips can save you a lot of time later.

๐Ÿ‘‰ What's your preferred method: mallet, boot, or pliers?

๐Ÿ“ Setting the tile is only part of the process.

Once the tile is in place, it's time to check for lippage, adjust the wedges, and make sure everything is perfectly leveled before the adhesive cures.

In this video, we walk through the next steps of the installation process ๐Ÿ‘‡

โœ”๏ธ Lippage check

โœ”๏ธ Wedge installation

โœ”๏ธ Adjustment with ergonomic pliers

โœ”๏ธ Final leveling inspection

โœ”๏ธ Proper system removal

Because great results come from combining the right products with the right installation technique.

And when it's time to remove the system, every installer has their preferred method:

๐Ÿ”จ Mallet

๐Ÿ”ง Pincers

๐Ÿฅพ Safety boot

๐Ÿ‘‰ How do you usually remove your leveling system? Let us know in the comments.

๐Ÿ“ Every great tile installation starts long before the leveling system goes in.

Proper adhesive coverage, correct clip placement, and careful tile positioning all play a key role in achieving a flat, professional finish.

In this installation, our promoter walks through some of the fundamentals that help create consistent results:

โœ”๏ธ Proper adhesive application

โœ”๏ธ Correct clip spacing

โœ”๏ธ High tile coverage

โœ”๏ธ Controlled tile placement

Because leveling systems don't replace good installation practicesโ€”they help you get the most out of them.

๐Ÿ‘‰ What's the first thing you check before setting a tile?

โš™๏ธ Every installation has different needsโ€ฆ and thatโ€™s why thereโ€™s no one-size-fits-all leveling system.

At Peygran, each system is designed for a different type of installer, material, and workflow ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ”ง LS Classic โ†’ robust and durable
โšก LS Compact โ†’ wide wedge designed to help prevent joint opening
๐Ÿชจ LS Stone โ†’ made for thick materials and stone

Different systems. Different ways to work. Same goal: better installations.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Which one do you use the most on site? Tell us in the comments ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ˜ฉ Everything was going perfectlyโ€ฆ until adhesive started squeezing through the joint.

If you install tile, chances are you've run into this before:
You place the tile, adjust the tiles, and suddenly adhesive starts coming up where it shouldn't.

The good news? There are a couple of easy fixes ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ’ก Reuse a broken clip head to clean the joint.
๐Ÿชฅ Use a toothbrush to remove any remaining residue.
โœจ But the best solution is prevention: remove excess adhesive from the tile edges before installation.

Cleaner joints. Better finishes. Less cleanup.

๐Ÿ‘‰ What's your go-to trick for preventing adhesive from squeezing through the joints? Let us know in the comments.

๐Ÿชจ When working with natural stone, marble, or graniteโ€ฆ not every leveling system is built for the job.

Thicker materials need more clearance so the wedge can engage properly and apply the correct pressure during installation.

Thatโ€™s where LS Classic for Stone comes in ๐Ÿ‘‡

โœ… Designed for thicknesses from 16 to 30 mm

โœ… Compatible with LS Classic wedges

โœ… Greater adjustment capacity for heavy formats

โœ… Precise and reliable installation

Because demanding installations require systems designed specifically for them.

Install. Adjust. Level.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Would you use it for natural stone installations?

Luckily, the ending makes it worth watching ๐Ÿ‘€

Our Ergonomic Pliers are designed to make leveling system installation faster, more precise, and much more comfortable.

โœ”๏ธ Compatible with Classic and Compact wedges

โœ”๏ธ Adjustable to tile thickness

โœ”๏ธ Consistent pressure during installation

โœ”๏ธ One single tool for both systems

Because comfort matters on the jobsite too.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Soโ€ฆ are you Team Classic or Team Compact?
