We are proud supporters of the Stavely Parkland 4-H Club and have the privilege of promoting Ella Patton and her Rideau X Suffolk market lamb. Their catalog bio is listed below. Come and bid on a steer or lamb and fill your freezer June 2nd at the Silver Slate Arena north of Stavely. Show starts at 9am, dinner at 5pm and sale starts at 6pm. Everyone is invited to come and support these great kids and all their hard work. See you there!!

Years in 4-H: 6 years, including the cleaver program
About my Projects: This year I have four projects. I have an equine project named Paisley. She is a Saddlebred Paint and loves to go fast. I also have a 2 year old ewe with two babies at side. She is a Ile De France X Suffolk and loves her babies. Along with my 2 year old ewe, I will also be showing a ewe project named Molly at the female show. She is a purebred Southdown and loves people. Lastly but certainly not the least, I have my market lamb to show on June 2nd. He is a Rideau X Suffolk. He is big and beautiful. I can’t wait to see how he does at the show.

Duncan Stirling
Years in 4-H: 2 years, including the cleaver program
About my Project: I have a market steer named Hector. He is a Maine Anjou from our family farm's herd. I picked Hector because he was really big/beefy, had cool colouring and seemed calm. He has been a great 1st project for me because he has been very chill and easy to work with. Hector's favourite snack are twigs we find on the ground when we go for walks. I think Hector will be great on anyone's plate as he has been very well fed and raised with love.
