One of our clients asked us to design a specialty hopper that would help improve their material handling process. This custom hopper has a perforated stainless steel false floor that is used to drain filters. The forklift-able self dumping hopper is designed for a specific height application and with wheels to make it easy to place in the required location. We have added a drain and fitting for draining fluids as required.

At SCS Manufacturing, we’re proud to collaborate with the Papahānaumokuākea Marine Debris Project to protect Hawaii’s marine environments.

We designed and built custom modified stud wall containers to improve the efficiency of PMDP’s cleanup efforts. These containers are engineered to handle heavy marine debris while optimizing workflow.

A local Nanaimo customer approached us about manufacturing these Telehandler Containers, for moving drywall sheets to the upper floors using a Telehandler Forklift. In conjunction with our design team, we came up with a design and sizing of the unit to perfectly fit the application.

Location of the D-Rings for securing the load and even a place to hold the forklift locking pin stay, were developed through the design process with customer input.
