🚂 Bringing history back to life, one railway tie at a time. Before opening for the season, the team at the BC Forest Discovery Centre was busy restoring sections of railway track to help preserve their historic rail operations for future generations.

VMAC was proud to support the project by providing a G90 Gas Driven Air Compressor with FlexDrive AMS. With continuous air on demand, the G90 powered the pneumatic tools needed to remove old ties, install new ones, and keep the restoration moving efficiently.
What once took a full day of work was completed in just a few hours, helping the team make significant progress before welcoming visitors back for the season.

We're honored to play a small part in helping preserve an important piece of history while showcasing how the VMAC G90 can deliver serious productivity wherever the job takes you.

Long before VMAC became a global leader in mobile compressed air, Tony and the team spent countless hours machining parts, refining designs, and pushing the limits of what was possible. Those early investments in manufacturing, craftsmanship, and innovation laid the foundation for a company that would go on to invent the world's first vehicle-mounted rotary screw air compressor and revolutionize the mobile compressed air industry.

Today, as VMAC celebrates 40 years in business, we recognize that our success was built by people like Tony, the machines they operated, and the determination that transformed a small Vancouver Island manufacturer into a trusted supplier of mobile air compressors and multi-power systems used across North America and around the world.
