Employee Spotlight: Jacob Fehr

Jacob is an outstanding member of our Weld team.

Jacob’s perfect Saturday starts with breakfast with his wife. He enjoys listening to old gospel music or 40s country. If he could have any superpower he’d want to time travel to go back and fix any mistakes he may have made. This ties into the best piece of advice he has ever received “own up to your mistakes”. In his down time Jacob is focused on becoming the best version of himself he can be as a husband, father, and employee. Employee Spotlight: Hailey Hamm 

Hailey is our Customer Engagement Coordinator and works with the Sales team. She handles a little bit of everything from marketing to logistics and the in-between. 

Haileys perfect Saturday starts around 9:30, not too early, has mild weather and includes a long run with her dog Tilly. If she could have any superpower she'd love to teleport or time travel - back to key memories or points in history. Hailey's currently obsessed with half marathon training and plans to PB this June at the Manitoba Marathon. Hailey loves Maverick because she feels proud of the work she does and feels supported by the team. Hack into her Spotify account and you'll find mostly Nickelback, some true crime podcasts, and pump up remixes of classic songs. 

We couldn't do it without you Hailey! 👏
