With capacities ranging from 30 to 450 hectoliters, each model is made entirely of stainless steel, including the frame, for optimal durability.

The satin exterior finish and mirror-polished interior ensure faster cleaning with reduced water consumption, a real advantage for combining efficiency and responsibility.

✨ LASI France once again demonstrates its expertise and mastery of the Champagne process with this new project delivered to Maison Champagne Collet in Aÿ-Champagne.

LASI leveraged its extensive know-how to design and install custom-made, temperature-controlled tanks and equipment specifically tailored to the requirements of Champagne production.
