Un autre projet réussi! La livraison rapide grâce à un mélange de machine de production, neuve et d'occasion, a permis de réduire les délais et les coûts pour le client. Un bel exemple de réutilisation du matériel pour lui donner une seconde vie et avoir un client qui peut agrandir sa production!

· Remise à neuf d'une machine de pose de bague d'inviolabilité PDC 75-E avec tunnel chauffant et nouveau poste d'inspection en sortie.

· Nouveau convoyeur d'accumulation entre la machine de pose de bague d'inviolabilité et l'encartonneuse.

· Remise à neuf d'une encartonneuse Marchesini MA155 avec alimentateur de bouteilles modifié, nouveau système de collage Nordon, nouveau système d'alimentation de notices et nouveau système d'inspection en sortie.

· Cadence de la ligne : 120 ppm

Another successful project! Rapid delivery, thanks to a mix of new and used packaging machinery, reduced lead times and costs for the client. A great example of reusing equipment to give it a second life!

· Refurbished PDC 75-E neck ba**er with heat tunnel and new inspection station at exit

· New accumulation conveyor between neck ba**er and cartoner

· Refurbished Marchesini MA155 cartoner with modified infeed bottle feeder, new Nordon glue system, new leaflet feeding system, new inspection system at exit

· Line speed 120ppm

To compensate for the lack of employees, there is nothing like the assistance of CoBots! 😀 In this last project, our client chose to use JAKA Cobots for a Box Former and a Palletizer. The 2 models that were used are the JAKA PRO 16 and the JAKA ZU 12.
