The DGT Automatic Case Packer Machine (ACPM-180) is a compact, all-in-one case packing solution designed to handle a wide variety of containers and packages, including jars, bottles, gallons, tubs, cartons, and more.

The machine’s twin-gripper arrangement delivers up to twice the speed of a traditional single-gripper traverser while maintaining the same overall footprint.

Its programmable divider (laner) allows for a wide range of case patterns, while quick-change grippers provide the flexibility to handle different container shapes and types using mechanical or vacuum picking.

The DGT Automatic Liquid Filling Machine (ALFM) is an all-in-one, heavy-duty processing machine designed for filling liquids of a wide range of viscosities and types, into containers of various shapes and sizes. The machine construction & design allows for wide range of adjustability and adaptability to different products.

The machine features precision liquid dispensing nozzles, servo-controlled, independent liquid displacement pumps, adjustable nozzle bar, and flexible configuration options for different container shapes, sizes, and production requirements.

Its servo-driven vertical nozzle positioning allows for efficient bottom-up filling applications, while adjustable guides and neck clamps allow for quick and ergonomic changeovers.
