Here are a few photos from a recent project we completed for a local grocery store.

The existing loading dock floor plate had become damaged, causing delays and disruptions during cargo unloading.

Our team removed the worn plate and installed a custom-fabricated, heavy-duty replacement tailored by our friends over at Zwicker's Welding & Fabrication Inc ! This upgrade will help streamline loading processes and support more efficient day-to-day operations for the business.

This self-dumping hopper came through the shop for a full restoration after years of heavy use. The fork pockets were deformed and cracked so they were rebuilt accordingly to restore proper strength and fitment. The dump mechanism was straightened, welded , and tested to ensure dependable, smooth operation. To further increase durability, we installed a new liner inside the bin and completed the project with a fresh, professional-grade paint finish.

Projects like this highlight the importance of the waste industry—work that often goes unnoticed but is essential to keeping job sites, facilities, and communities running efficiently. Here’s a custom bed rack we recently built for a Toyota Tacoma, designed to work seamlessly with the factory tonneau cover.

Here’s a recent project we completed for CM Container Management

Two 15-yard roll-off containers had the wrong style of hook for the truck they operate with. To resolve this, we extended the rails by approximately two feet and installed a heavier-duty hook at the correct height to match their truck’s setup. We also added additional bracing to the rails to handle the increased stress and ensure long-term durability.

This bucket was brought in with what appeared to be a small crack in the side wall. However, upon inspection, the crack extended completely through the material and required full removal to ensure proper pe*******on and structural integrity of the repair.

We fully welded the affected area in accordance with best repair practices and completed hardfacing on the bucket to help extend its service life and reduce future wear.

The repair was completed over the weekend to eliminate any downtime for S&P Mini Excavation .

Quick Repair to Conclude this Week!

This trailer suffered a common issue for enclosed trailers, a broken hinge. We removed the two old hinges and upgraded to a three-hinge design for enhanced strength and durability. Additionally, we performed a comprehensive rustproofing service to extend its lifespan.

Recent repair project from last week.

This forklift plow helps the client in maintaining clear entrances during our harsh Canadian Winters. Since they had purchased a new forklift with thicker forks, it no longer fit into the original channels, necessitating modifications.

We adjusted the slots to accommodate the forks, replaced the worn-out cutting edge, and added plow swings for enhanced snow control.
