🚨 This is how we move faster than the competition.
Yesterday:

We sent 2 trucks from Moncton to Quebec City to pick up 5 units from Ver-Mac.

And we kept it in the family 👇

👉 Transport handled by Bro Tilt-Load (yes — my brother)

Here’s the part most companies miss 👇

Instead of burning fuel and racking up mileage…
👉 We loaded the one-ton truck + trailer ON the tilt-load transport
👉 One trip. One haul. Maximum efficiency
Less cost. Less downtime. Faster delivery.

And we passed those savings directly to our customers.

🇨🇦 Proud moment:

✔️ 4 Message Boards → NB Department of Transportation
✔️ Arrow Board → Brun-Way Highways Operations Inc.

Keeping it local. Supporting New Brunswick. Delivering at speed.

Contractors — this is what actually matters:
Not just equipment.

👉 How fast you get it
👉 How efficiently it’s delivered
👉 Who you trust when timelines are tight

If your project can’t afford delays this season…

👉 You already know who to call.

We don’t “make signs."
We build infrastructure that people trust at 110 km/h.

This weekend, that meant a 13-hour Saturday shift producing signage for the Trans-Canada Highway #2 here in New Brunswick.

For context, this stretch of highway is part of a 275 km network operated and maintained by Brun-Way through a long-term infrastructure partnership running to 2033.

That’s not small work. And it demands a higher standard.

When signage goes up on roads like this, there’s no room for shortcuts. It has to be right. Every time.

Proud to support Brun-Way and the teams keeping one of Atlantic Canada’s most critical corridors moving safely.

This is what it looks like behind the scenes.

If you're working on a project and need signage done right — and on time — you know where to find us.

A few weeks ago, a town in New Brunswick reached out to us with a problem that's more common than people think — pedestrians crossing a busy road, poor visibility, and a growing number of complaints from residents who didn't feel safe.

No one got hurt. But the town didn't want to wait until someone did.

We worked with their team to spec and deliver a full RRFB crosswalk system — the flashing beacons you see at crosswalks that activate when a pedestrian is about to cross. Fully compliant, installed, and operational.

The calls stopped. The crosswalk works the way it should.

If your community has an intersection or crosswalk that keeps coming up at council meetings, that's usually the sign it's time to act. We've helped towns across Atlantic Canada solve exactly that.

Shoot me a message or call us at 1-855-382-7446. That's what we're here for.

Not many days go by where I open social media and don’t spot one of our signs out in the field.

Municipal posts. Road updates. Community notices. Job site photos.
And there it is—clear, compliant, built to perform—manufactured right here by our team.

That’s not luck. That’s consistency.

At Roadway Traffic Supplies, we manufacture in-house where it matters most. Every sign that leaves our facility is built to meet spec, built to last, and built to represent the standard municipalities across Atlantic Canada rely on.

When crews install signage, when towns communicate safety, when roads are controlled properly… we’re part of that picture.

Quietly. Reliably. Everywhere.

If you’re seeing our signs out there, it means things are being done right.

And if you’re not working with us yet, there’s a reason your competitors are.

Spring has sprung. The clocks jumped ahead. And so did our inbox.

You know the feeling. The days get longer, the frost starts pulling back, and every contractor, municipality, and project manager in Atlantic Canada wakes up at the same time and thinks, "We should probably get that signage ordered."

So here we are.

Coming in early. Staying late. Quoting major projects before the coffee's done brewing, chasing down specs after the sun goes down. It's the best kind of busy — the kind that means the season is real and it's here.

Last week, I came in before sunrise, flipped on every light in the building, poured myself a coffee, and buried myself in quotes.

What I forgot to do was unlock the front door.

About 45 minutes later, I looked up — and there was a lineup outside. Contractors in hi-vis. Customers I recognized. At least one person was already holding a coffee, which honestly felt a little pointed. The OPEN sign was glowing in the window. Every light was blazing. From the outside, we were absolutely open. From the inside, I was just trying to survive my morning.

And my staff? Nowhere to be seen.

Apparently, when the clocks spring ahead, customers show up early, and employees need an adjustment period. Good to know. Noted for next year.

Then my phone rang. It was one of our municipal contacts. "Mike — is Roadway selling coffee now?"

No. Definitely not.
..but between the lineup at the door and the empty chairs inside, I'll admit — in that moment, I seriously considered it.

Uncontrolled crosswalks are among the highest liability risks municipalities face — especially on multi-lane, higher-speed roads.

Passive signage alone isn’t enough anymore.

Rectangular Rapid-Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) consistently deliver 70–95% driver yield rates, even in high-traffic environments.

This week, Roadway Traffic Supplies supplied a complete LaneLight RRFB Crosswalk System for the Town of St. Andrews — supporting a safer crossing where it matters.

What municipalities and contractors need to know when specifying RRFB systems:
• No trenching or electrical permits — solar-powered with advanced MPPT charging for maximum reliability
• Built for Canadian conditions — LiFePO4 battery systems designed for cold-weather performance
• Real-time system visibility — cloud-connected monitoring + activation count data for reporting and budgeting
• Accessibility ready — Polara Bulldog pushbutton with audible + LED confirmation
• Flexible deployment — wireless communication (2.4 GHz / optional 900 MHz) for challenging sites
• Fully compliant — TAC / MUTCD recognized, SAE J595 Class 1 intensity

At Roadway Traffic Supplies, we work directly with municipalities, engineers, and contractors to supply compliant, spec-ready traffic safety systems — without delays, guesswork, or substitutions.

If your community has uncontrolled crossings flagged for upgrades this season, now is the time to move before budgets tighten and timelines shrink.
