⛏️ Check out these 5 KSB Etanorm pumps all heading to a large gold mine in northern Quebec. Joining them are some smaller pumps: 2 KSB Sewabloc pumps, 2 KSB KRT pumps, 2 KSB Amarex pumps, as well as 2 smaller KSB Etanorm pumps.

🌱 These pumps will be used to remove high concentrations of ammonia (nitrogen) from process water, preventing environmental contamination.

🥪 Last week we had the pleasure of hosting some operators from one of our valued KSB SupremeServ customers for a Lunch & Learn at our KSB SupremeServ Mississauga office and workshop. We focused on best practices for the maintenance and operation of pumps.

🔧One key best practice is predictive maintenance and using data supplied by our Monitoring and Optimization Services to prioritize pumps that are most in need of attention.

🌱 Preventive maintenance keeps systems running. Predictive maintenance uses data to make preventive maintenance smarter, more efficient and more sustainable.

🎉 Today we are proud to celebrate our colleague Salomeh Chegini , M.Sc., Ph.D. who recently published a new article on this forward thinking approach. In it, she explores how biodegradable waste can be transformed into a valuable resource within a circular bioeconomy. The article highlights how system design, energy efficiency and lifecycle thinking can support decarbonization and resource recovery goals.
