This pressure tube is seen in 3 stages, before, during and after. The top image shows the tube and the end cap that is about to be welded on. The centre image shows a tube with and end cap freshly welded into position. The bottom piece is the finished product after it's been cleaned up. The specs dictate that the welded joint must withstand 300 psi of pressure without leaking any gas or liquid.

This tube is for a bubble wrap making machine. It has a double layered skin with perforations to allow gas to fill the bubbles between the poly layers. This particular item is 8' long and 3' wide and is welded together in sections.
