PLASMA TABLE TANK:

DESIGN AND REVRESE ENGINEERED PLASMA TABLE WATER TANK CAN BE FILLED PNEUMATICALLY (WATER LEVEL CAN BE CONTROLLED RAISED AND LOWERED USING COMPRESSED AIR).

NSR ENGINEERING SERVICE, DESIGNED AND MODELED CONSIDERING FMEA (FAILURE MODES AND EFFECTS ANALYSIS),
DFM AND STATIC LOAD CALCULATION.

THE FABRICATION WAS COMPLETED AFTER THE DESIGN WAS FINALIZED. THE FABRICATION METHOD WAS SHEET METAL AND MACHINED PARTS WELDED TOGETHER TO FORM AN AIRTIGHT ASSEMBLY, AND SEALS WERE USED WHERE REQUIRED. AIR-TIGHT ASSEMBLY TESTED (TANK WAS FILLED WITH COMPRESSED AIR FOR 72 HOURS) TO VALIDATE LEAK TEST.

NDE (NON-DESTRUCTIVE ENGINEERING) TESTS SUCH AS MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTS AND DYE PE*******ON TESTS WERE PERFORMED FOR FINAL INSPECTION.
