Three months ago, we launched our new automated welding unit.

The objective was to strengthen consistency, improve manufacturing ex*****on, and create a foundation for more advanced automation capabilities.

Before a gear pump becomes part of a hydraulic power unit, it is assembled, run-in, tested, and laser engraved for complete traceability.

Engineered beyond the standard platform.

Final look at this hydraulic power unit prototype for a jet refueling truck before shipment to the client.

The project started from a standard unit architecture, but the application demanded more than an off-the-shelf solution.

A custom manifold subplate was engineered to integrate additional cartridge valve cavities directly into the hydraulic system architecture. A dedicated bell housing was also developed specifically for the operational and integration requirements of the unit.

From design and machining to assembly, these custom components were produced directly inside our Mirabel engineering and manufacturing hub.

Understanding the application, re-engineering where necessary, and rapidly moving from prototype to production-ready ex*****on. This is how we approach OEM development.
