Who is behind Valley Ridge Villas?

Valley Life Housing Group (VLHG) is a not-for-profit organization working to create long-term housing solutions for Minnedosa and the surrounding region.

This is not a private developer’s project. It is a regional, community-led initiative supported through collaboration between six municipalities:

• Town of Minnedosa
• Municipality of Harrison Park
• R.M. of Minto-Odanah
• Rural Municipality of Oakview
• Rural Municipality of Yellowhead
• Rural Municipality of Clanwilliam-Erickson

Together, these communities recognized a shared need: more housing options that allow older adults to remain independent, connected and close to the people and places they know.

Valley Ridge Villas is the result of years of regional cooperation, community consultation and careful planning. By working together, we are creating more than a place to live, we are investing in the long-term strength and sustainability of our entire region.
