A couple of great days in Toronto with the Meyer Distributing crew!

We spent the last couple of days at the Meyer Distributing Customer Appreciation Event, catching up with our Meyer sales team, chatting with suppliers and other customers, and checking out whatโ€™s new in the industry.

We didnโ€™t come home with any prizes this yearโ€ฆ and unfortunately the Blue Jays didnโ€™t come home with a win either. ๐Ÿ˜‚โšพ But we had a great time at the game and really enjoyed getting to spend some time with everyone outside of the usual workday.

A big thank you to Meyer Distributing for putting on another great event and for the hospitality. We appreciate the invitation and had a lot of fun!

And you really canโ€™t complain about those Toronto views from the 31st floor! ๐ŸŒ†

Great American Crawl, WV 2026 ๐Ÿค˜

We headed out August 5th for Good Evening Ranch in West Virginia and spent a few days wheeling with a great group of people.

Lots of rocks, some great trails, awesome rigs and plenty of time hanging out with friends back at camp.

We packed up on the 9th and started making our way home, stopping overnight in Erie, PA for dinner and, of course, breakfast at Cracker Barrel before getting back on the road. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Back in Canada and home on the 10th with the Jeeps and motorhomes all in one piece.

Thanks to everyone involved with the Great American Crawl and Good Evening Ranch. Great event and a great trip. ๐Ÿค˜

โ€“ Jeep Jamboree Canada 2006 | Bobcaygeon, Ontario

Looking through these photos reminds us what Jeep Jamboree Canada was all about. Families, kids, purpose-built buggies, daily-driven trail rigs, challenging obstacles, trail repairs, recoveries, and complete strangers working together to get everyone back on the trail.

One moment from this weekend has stayed with us for nearly 20 years. While Jim was waiting in line for Ritchie's Revenge, Scot rolled his Jeep, coming to rest just inches from Jim's buggy. They ended up facing each other, and as the dust settled, Jim's first words were simply, "You alright, buddy?" Thankfully, Scot walked away.

Almost 20 years later, history came full circle when Jim rolled his own Jeep on that very same obstacle. Thankfully, Jim walked away too.

One of my favourite photos is Robert getting the ride of his life in Jim's buggy. Another is the Michigan Jeep sporting a creative trail repair after breaking an axle shaft. A couple of tree limbs kept the rear tire in placeโ€”and later probably became firewood around the campfire. Now that's a two-for-one deal! ๐Ÿ˜„

These photos aren't just about Jeeps. They're about the friendships, the people, and the memories that have lasted nearly 20 years.
