This kitchen though. 😍 Exeter kitchen was designed to be beautiful and functional. Big, custom cabinets give you tons of storage, with quartz countertops, a spacious island, and plenty of room to sip w**e and cook.

This absolute beauty moves today! Brighton is heading to its new home.

We love building this floor plan. The wide-open spaces, big ceilings, beautiful windows, and all that natural light makes it a joy to design and see it come to life. It’s charming, comfortable, and feels like home. We’re so excited for its new owners and can’t wait to see it settled into its forever spot!

The York is a great example of how thoughtful design can make a smaller home feel like so much more. At 832 sq ft., this RTM has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a layout that makes every square foot count. We love the warm wood accents, bright finishes, and those little details that give this home so much character!

The Essex is one of our favorite RTM floor plans, and it’s easy to see why. This one is absolutely beautiful, and it’ll be heading to its forever home. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a layout that makes great use of every space, the Essex is a home we never get tired of building.
