When it comes to your deck, remember:
Cosmetic issues = Refresh
Structural concerns = Rebuild

If your deck boards are looking faded, grey, or weathered but are still hard and intact, or if you notice minor splintering, peeling stain, or flaking sealant, these are signs that a REFRESH would be a good choice.

A REBUILD would be suggested if the wood feels soft/spongy, if the deck wobbles or sags, if you’re seeing rot in the joists, beams, posts, or ledger board, or if the hardware underneath isn’t holding up the way it should.

A big congratulations to our FloorSource team for being recognized at the National Floor Covering Association of Canada's annual general meeting.

Can you believe Dave has been with us for 32 years?
As our Drywall Account Manager at the Lambeth location, he supports customers with their drywall, steel stud, and insulation product needs.

Over the years, Dave has handled various roles at Copp's, including driver, boom operator, yard foreman, inventory supervisor, store sales supervisor, branch manager, yard operations manager, drywall operations manager, and more recently parade float builder. Wow! That's a lot of well-earned experience.

Believe it or not, he's not always thinking about building materials. Dave keeps busy by playing volleyball, slo-pitch and golf on his off-time. And with both his boys preparing to attend university/college in September, he'll be adding a bit more travel into the mix.

Thanks for your commitment to the team and for your strong leadership skills, Dave!
