We have to go out from time to time to do recovers for clients. The building in this video a customer put it up them self and only lasted a few years. Wind is the number one proble when it comes to these buildings but this video will show you the importance of having a solid foundation with the building being properly secured to the foundation. It also out lines the importance of doing building maintenance (tightening the canvas, ensuring all turnbuckels are tight). But the biggest take away is you have to have equal presure releife for the preasure that you are adding to the building. Always open the opposite door to the wind direction, for example northdoor you want to open but the wind is blowing out of the north open the south door first.

Book your install and lock in last year's rates. What this means to you is savings.
We will be offering savings on booked installs with a deposit for any brand of building for installation in the summer. The cut off date is May long weekend.

I love when manufactures reach out with deals on buildings. I have access to a 70 by 120 building that has extended end walls and is designed to be mounted on top of a single row cement lock blocks. This building comes with a 900GSM PVC canvas, 8ft truss spacing, cement wedge anchors and 5 year manufactures warranty.
This deal is open for 1 week starting today as this building would be put into production in 2 weeks if sold. What this means for you and the manufacture.
The building retails for $98,600+GST (also shipping cost of $5500 to most parts of Alberta/Saskatchewan. How ever this building on the demo price (lock block with extended endwalls) is $68,790+GST delivered to central Alberta area. The manufacture wants the building to be professionally installed but we got you covered on that part. Normally this building would run $40,000+GST to have installed but will install it for $37,800+GST (mileage is extra as well). All that the manufacture wants is finished pictures to post onto there website. So if you are looking for a deal on a big building with one of the top manufactured buildings reach out and lets get a deal in place.
