Today, September 30, we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. It is a time to honour the children who never returned home, remember survivors and their families, and to reflect on the lasting impact of this history on Indigenous communities.

At WPW, we’re proud to offer a variety of apprenticeship opportunities, as well as other rewarding career options. In 2011-2012, WPW was honoured as Top Employer of the Year by the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training Board.

Every day, we continue to demonstrate the commitment to training, development, and excellence that earned us the recognition.

We’re currently looking for Welder and Pipefitter Apprentices to join our team!

After treating our facility crews to BBQs and our pipeline crews to savoury lasagnas from The BoxCar Grill in Eckville, our great chefs stopped by the yard to cook up a storm!

From burgers and hotdogs to chips, a salad, and more, our crews are stuffed full and feeling well taken care of.

A huge thank you to our incredible chefs for all you do to keep us fed, fuelled, and ready for action! We truly appreciate you! 🍔
