Project Spotlight | Service Truck Step Repair

Built for heavy daily use and restored for long-term safety.

Our team took on this aluminum service truck step assembly that had suffered severe cracking along its grip grating and structural mounting edges. Our fabricators prepped the damaged zones, cleaned up the material, and executed solid, high-integrity welds to restore structural strength across the entire platform.

It’s another example of the practical repair solutions, and quality craftsmanship delivered by Carol Lake Metal Works.

A hydraulic repair isn't complete until it's proven to perform.

Before a repaired component leaves our shop, it undergoes thorough testing to help verify proper operation, performance, and reliability. It's one more step in our commitment to delivering repairs that are ready for the demands of heavy industry.

From precision workmanship to final testing, every stage of the process is focused on helping your equipment get back to work with confidence.
