The Truth and Reconciliation Day is for Canada to honor Residential School Survivors, their families, and communities, and to recognize the lasting impacts of Canada’s Residential School system. The ceremonies and events held on this day provide a chance for everyone to deepen their understanding of the intergenerational effects of residential schools and to reflect on their still enduring legacy as part of the ongoing journey toward truth, healing, and reconciliation. We will be closed and reflecting on this tragic piece of Canada's history.
