Behind every successful project is a team that works well together and enjoys spending time together.

The Alpine crew swapped drawings and deadlines for pool cues and appetizers at Rusty's Lounge. It was a great opportunity to reconnect, celebrate recent successes, and enjoy some friendly competition.

At Alpine, we know that the strongest teams are built through connection, collaboration, and a little fun along the way. Those same values help us deliver successful outcomes for our clients and communities every day.

Celebrating Alpine's 14th anniversary!

Over the past 14 years, we've grown through the trust of our clients, the strength of our partnerships, and the dedication of an incredible team. Together, we've helped communities grow, delivered impactful infrastructure projects, and tackled challenges that make a meaningful difference.

This milestone is not just about the projects completed. It's about the people who made them possible.

To our team, clients, partners, and communities: thank you for being part of this journey. Your support, collaboration, and trust have shaped who we are today.

We're excited for what lies ahead and look forward to continuing to build strong communities and lasting relationships for years to come.

Thank you for 14 amazing years!!

🎉 It’s Celebration Week for Amber! 🎂

Today we’re celebrating Amber Genereux, our amazing Office Administrator & HR Coordinator, because it’s her BIRTHDAY! 🥳🎈

And tomorrow, we get to celebrate her all over again as she marks ONE YEAR with Alpine! 🎉

In just one year, Amber has grown into such an important part of our team. She has taken on new responsibilities, learned quickly, and become someone we can rely on to keep things organized, moving, and running efficiently. Her ability to keep all the details in order, often behind the behind the scenes, makes a huge difference to our day-to-day operations.

But what we appreciate most is the care she brings to our team. Amber genuinely cares about the people around her, is always willing to help, and has a wonderful way of making people feel supported. 😊

We’re so proud of how much Amber has grown over the past year and incredibly grateful for everything she brings to Alpine.
Happy Birthday, Amber! 🎂And tomorrow, Happy 1st Alpine Anniversary! 🎉

The countdown to move-in day is on! Recently, a few team members had the opportunity to tour the new office space and see the progress firsthand as preparations continue for the move at the end of the month. It was an exciting chance to get a glimpse of the future workspace and all that's ahead.

After the tour, the team headed to the Kelowna Paddle Centre for some after-work fun, taking time to connect and unwind.

Stay tuned for more updates as the new office comes to life. We can't wait to welcome everyone into the new space!

Today we’re celebrating Harvey! One of the key people who keeps so much moving at Alpine.

As an E.I.T., Civil Designer, and Project Manager, Harvey brings a strong sense of organization, commitment, and care to everything he takes on. Whether he’s managing project demands, supporting the team, or making time to connect with clients, he consistently shows up with focus and professionalism.

Harvey is someone many of us rely on. He’s responsive, supportive, and always willing to make time to help wherever needed. The dedication and long hours he works reflect how deeply he cares about delivering quality work and contributing to the success of both his projects and the team.

Beyond his work, Harvey is a big part of what makes Alpine such a great place to be. His kindness, positive attitude, and genuine care for others help build strong relationships with both clients and teammates, leaving a lasting impact on everyone around him.

Harvey, we appreciate all that you do and the steady leadership you bring to Alpine. Wishing you a great birthday and a year ahead filled with continued success, health, joy, and time to celebrate!

The team recently enjoyed a weekend camping trip at Ellison Provincial Park, spending time together away from the office.

It was a relaxed and memorable weekend filled with beach time, good food, and plenty of opportunity to unwind and connect as a team. Several team members also joined in for a drop-in visit on Saturday, which made for a great turnout and added to the sense of community throughout the weekend.

The weather was hot and the lake was perfect, creating an easygoing backdrop for the whole experience. One of the most memorable moments was watching one of the kids carefully roast a jumbo marshmallow over the fire — a highlight that captured the spirit of the weekend.

A special part of the trip was taking time to recognize team milestones, with three certificates and gift cards presented to Jedd and Lane for their 1-year anniversaries, and Stephanie for her 3-year anniversary with the team.

Overall, it was a great opportunity to slow down, celebrate each other, and enjoy time together outside of work.
