We had the opportunity to join sSD73students courtesy of the Trades in Transition program tonight. It started off with a great dinner and small group conversations at each table, where we got to share some of the key things employers look for in up-and-coming workers — advocating for yourself, staying curious, asking questions, and showing up with a good attitude and drive.

After dinner, the students had the chance to check out different employer booths and learn more about the various trades and operations. Really great opportunity for both the students and employers alike!

We’re excited to be part of the Association’s 68th Annual AGM & Convention!

Join us May 1–2, 2026 at the Powwow Grounds to connect with the equipment, suppliers, and people driving British Columbia’s forestry sector forward.

We focus on providing purpose-built equipment with a reduced footprint—supporting wildfire fuel reduction, land management, steep slope access, commercial thinning, and working alongside traditional Indigenous forest management practices.

Stop by our booth to chat with our team about the full range of products we represent, including parts, service, installation, and repairs.

🔧 This year’s showcase:
• John Deere 75 equipped with 285E+ Shear

Had a great time volunteering at this event tonight in support of Rotary Club of Kamloops Aurora Centennial.

If you’re in the area, consider attending this documentary screening on February 18. It’s informative, engaging, and offers an important look at the wildfire challenges facing communities across British Columbia.

As you take it in, it’s worth reflecting on how forests are managed long before a fire starts—and the role thoughtful planning and the right tools can play in fuel risk reduction and long-term forest health. These are conversations we’ve been part of for years, with a focus on care, responsibility, and stewardship that extends well beyond today.

We’re a locally owned, small family business based in Kamloops, and we live and work in the same landscapes affected by wildfire. Supporting our region and the people in it is core to who we are. That perspective has guided us toward high-quality, lower-impact solutions we’re proud to stand behind, including:

• Nisula Forest Oy – Harvester Heads & Tree Shears
• Seppi M. S.p.A. – Mulching Equipment (including remote-control mulchers and stump grinders)
• TimberMAX – Steep-slope access solutions that help work safely in terrain that’s otherwise difficult to reach

If you’re part of a community thinking about resilience, prevention, and the future of our forests—or if you’re simply curious and want to learn more—we’re always happy to have a conversation. Please feel free to reach out.
